Accelerate TEAM
This is a hybrid approach to learning that integrates 1:1 coaching and group training labs! This 12-week interactive and experiential based learning will bring self-awareness and practical tools to accelerate a leader’s ‘human’ skills.
Each participant will receive a communication style assessment and a 360 review. Training labs and 1:1 coaching will cover the following topics:

Coaching
We offer 1:1 coaching to emerging and high potential leaders who want to accelerate their ability to create success for themselves and their teams. Through direct conversations, we will help individuals create target goals that can lead to measurable outcomes. We serve as a thinking and accountability partner to those we coach.
Looking for a quick assessment about your communication style or would like to receive 360 feedback? We also offer DISC, Driving Forces and 360 reviews for individuals who would like to increase their self-awareness and look for ways to strengthen their relationships with others.
Training Labs
Our training labs offer growth-minded leaders the venue to learn how to accelerate their skills to communicate, build relationships and collaborate. We leverage peer-to-peer learning and sharing to talk about real life challenges in the workplace.
Starting out with a new team or wanting to build a stronger team? We also offer team assessments that will provide insight about the team’s and each team member’s strengths and areas of growth. Using DISC and Driving Forces will enable the team to strengthen their communications and relationships with each other.
